A shift we witnessed firsthand
MCE 2026 – Mostra Convegno Expocomfort is an international trade held from March 24 to 27 at Fiera Milano Rho. This exhibition confirmed the transformation of the HVAC sector is not just a future trend. It is indeed already underway. As we walked through the exhibition halls and spoke with exhibitors and visitors, we saw just how much interest in innovative HVAC solutions has grown. Every conversation, from large system integrators to facility managers and mechanical engineers, centred on intelligent, data-driven air management.
Predictive maintenance: the shift is now
What we experienced at the fair was an industry actively moving away from scheduled maintenance cycles towards a continuous and predictive approach. The innovative solutions for the HVAC sector that visitors were more interested in were those that combine IoT sensors, cloud analytics, and AI-driven predictive models. These systems can detect anomalies in advance, optimise energy consumption and ensure compliance with increasingly stringent indoor air quality regulations. The interest we encountered was not theoretical, the questions at our booth were practical and focused on real-world implementation.
Remotair at MCE 2026
Taking part in MCE 2026 enabled us to present Remotair’s full range of AI monitoring devices thanks to live demonstrations. It also gave us the chance to listen to facility managers, HVAC designers and indoor air quality specialists. This complex target were looking for solutions that could be adapted to their specific operational contexts. We had a wide range of perspectives: from luxury hotels and banking institutions to airports, data centres and commercial facilities.
The future of air quality monitoring is now
MCE 2026 has left us with one reinforced certainty: the market is ready. The level of interest we observed from exhibitors and visitors tells us that innovative solutions for the HVAC sector are no longer just for early adopters. They are indeed a concrete response to increasingly urgent operational needs. Remotair is leaving the fair with new contacts and collaboration opportunities. This result confirmes us that our chosen direction is the right one!
